Error Reports

System Five can, at the user's selection, send error reports to Windward Support via email. These error reports can help support personnel and development find and fix locations in the program that are causing problems. Send error reports to Windward Support when you a trying to resolve a problem that produces an error message. The error report contains much more valuable information than sending a screen shot of the error which we often get.

These error reports do not contain any user data at except the program version, user, time and date, till, error message, location in the program that the error occurred, user entered information (do not include card holder information) and last 10 program events. This report does not contain any card holder information or any other data.
